How to fix Xtool X100 Pro2 not read mileage value for all car models?

One user feedbacked his Xtool X100 Pro2 can’t read out the mileage value no matter what car models to communicate.

Here are 2 steps to solve the problem:

 

Step 1. Plug Xtool X100 Pro2 to Windows PC, format the SD card.

Step 2. Download and setup the following update tool, login with the S/N and password, click on “Update”.

Notice! ! ! During the upgrade process, please neither operate the buttons of the Xtool X100 Pro2 nor disconnect the data cable. After the update is successful, please unplug the data cable and then reconnect it.
