Hi can anyone help pls I’ve just updated my xtool ez 400 pro bmw software but after updated it can’t load only white screen.

Xtool.co.uk engineer offered the related solution:

Please go to long-press the BMW software icon and click delete (just like you delete APP on your smartphone).

After that, download the software and install it again.
